I tried UModel as first before I even started this topic. It won't extract TLK files. It's not meant to do it.

By the looks of it, you may as well run PCSX2 in accelerated mode (like GSdx or sth) and use 3DRipperDX to get some models out. It's not the "canon" way and you don't get any animations that may or may not come with them when you extract them the proper way, but it's a start. Can't advise anything e...

The Unreal95 alpha has no editor to speak of... OK, it has the camera views, but no real commands work.

The Unreal97 alpha editor has no working command to extract meshes.

Bottom line: I need this dissected :)

I know of this initiative, I know Master_Unreal personally from online interactions -- still, I believe that grabbing the original model files and any hidden away textures is a must as well, hence me asking here. Maybe a QuickBMS script would do the trick? I don't know how to make these.

It seems to me that this SDK can still help you. Use a decoder if there's one or anything of sorts. Install that SDK and check if there's a means to convert a scaleform/usm movie file to avi.
