put the vtex.exe tool in the main directory of the game, run the tool, load the pages file and add the output directory
example: vtex.exe C:\Blah-Blah...\virtualpages\chunk2_vmtr.pages C:\base
then use irfanview for edit and view the DDS file
example: vtex.exe C:\Blah-Blah...\virtualpages\chunk2_vmtr.pages C:\base

have you tried to use xmodelutils?
this tool support cod4/cod5/codbo xmodels from modtools, you can convert the models to obj , Xmodel_Export and .ma

can someone help me with these models please? the game runs under yeti engine the same that Ghost recon future soldier, the problem is all models looks weird (in ninja ripper and hex2obj) maybe the normal values for the mesh are in negative . torso mesh. http://www.mediafire.com/convkey/e7b0/5g87f42...

here are some DCT images extracted from the game, the pages files have the same format but are compressed :/

apparently the textures in *.pages files use JPEG XR with DCT based compression and the game transcode this images to DXT

Wolfenstein the new order is a Id Tech 5 x64 game that run under opengl but textures can't be extracted or ripped because use the virtual textures system.
