There are few bones in sceleton, called be_prop_[n], they are placeholders for weapons and other stuff, that can be attached to model, and as i understand script dosn't put them into right place, can you check it please Hi, sorry but what you are asking for isn't in the scope of the script, if weap...

Hi,

not sure what the issue, is but all of the models worked for me maybe you sent me the wrong samples? or using a older version of script?
i deleted what i had in plugins directory and downloaded from here and it worked - all of them

Heres the working script, back in rapi format
Checked it in 3dsmax - weights look good.

i think you should take a look at uvs, they dont look good - iv had enough of this format not even going to try :P

I got it working :D can you please check something that seems off to me, first mesh has 274 weights, mesh has 993 vertices second mesh has 1250 weights, mesh has 3660 vertices each vert should have a weight, could be 1 weight per vert could be 4 etc.. this was the key, i got it working with a messy ...

hI, I finally had some time to look at the code, a bit hard to follow all those function, everything looks good. i am not sure what the problem is :( if i have time later today or tomorrow ill try writing it as noemesh() so we can print out everything easily and hopefully find a solution can you ple...

Well it really was not loading all meshes, there is a inconsistency between meshes for static and skinned so i set it to load the smaller number of meshes (LOD vs Meshcount) which always worked until this sample. in order to solve this is i added a attribute called "DEBUG = 0" in line 10 of the code...

by the way is this from Total warhammer 1 or 2?
because animation was tested only on Total warhammer 2, try loading without animation as well

Hi,

If i had to guess this looks like a texturing issue ,
Try loading without textures (make sure no textures are in folder)
if that does not work upload sample

So apparently for skinned version of the script i forgot 1 line of code that prevented static mesh from loading, fixed in script below Thanks CriticalError for pointing it out. I also found a workaround the bug that prevented loading textures with skinned version :D 1. load any ski and when asked to...

Does the correct files name's matter affect only the auto texturing or the whole script ( importing mesh + skeleton too) ?
only the auto texturing everything else should work

Here is my finale ''all in one" script: In attachment there are Mesh only script and skinned + animation script. Mesh only script - opens all formats mentioned in this thread including ski (form all games)/bmd/mox, i managed to fix my auto texturing to work 100% correctly. please note that file name...

But for me no Plugin work for any Model..^^ this is a unfinished script "all in one" combining all formats in this thread - its a mesh only that can open all games in this thread PW/FW/Saint Seyia/JD/SO --- .ski ,bmd, mox i am posting it just so you can check if it works with you mode...
