Re: DXT Filesize
oh, I didn't see this earlier ha ha ha. lol this thread brings back memories... I was working on that shitty game, heroes of thessolonica or something like that. there was even photoshop PSD files stored in the archive of textures to boot. And at that point I had given up on that game cuz the models...

VCL - pretty much a library precursor to .NETs FCL, since the same guy that created Delphi also created .NET.goder2910 wrote:@scriptkiddie vcl = vai ca loz huh ? What do you mean ?

Re: [NOESIS] Titan Quest
If there is already an exe to convert the textures, yes, use the createprocess equivalent in python. Show us your mad skillz lol. Anything that makes our lives easier is a plus. There are some people around here who can't even use the command line lol. It's not a big thing for the person who wants a...

You can swap and move around array elements or load the floats one by one instead.

Re: [NOESIS] Titan Quest
Yeah ninja, if you look at the data in his first post and you look at the DAE output you see the DAE output would have to be a column-major matrix to match up with his data. <matrix>-8.25632E-08 1.557356E-09 1 ...</matrix> Collada, however, is row-major order. Should be <matrix>-8.25632E-08 0.037709...

Re: [NOESIS] Titan Quest
Look in the dae and find the node hierarchy. What are the translation markup values for the root and the first child? That should tell you what noesis does.

Re: [NOESIS] Titan Quest
Hmmm doesn't look like an absolute vs. Relative problem... If it was you would still see the symmetry, the bones would just be extended all over the place.. Are the joint positions in absolute or relative coordinates? If absolute you will have to convert. I will be home later tonight to try out your...

Re: [NOESIS] Titan Quest
Post a pic of the results. If you see the bones as a mirror image across all axes then you didn't setup your inverse bind matrix right. Also, some games have transform nodes that may need to be applied to the bones; it was like this with neptunia mk2. Every game is kind of different; you need to pos...

Re: PS3 Hyperdimension Neptunia MKII
Yes,some of the textures are screwy. I never was able to figure out why but I've been meaning to go back and redo all of the games I've ripped. This was like the second game I ripped and it's not as complete as I want it to be. My new ripper now exports directly to lwo for which I am testing it with...

Re: Dead or Alive series formats and tools
So I started looking at this. Looks like same silly format as ninja gaiden sigma 2. Are afs containers specific to xbox360 games? If so I will put that code under xbox360.h.

Re: Fantasy Earth Zero
Actually negate. Do the bit math to see why it works. It zeroes the lowest 4 bits. Also called bitwise negate, bitwise not, or bitwise complement.

Faster way to pad to 16.
(pos + 0xF) & ~0xF
(pos + 0xF) & ~0xF
