I suppose I've somehow completely forgotten the keyboard hotkeys for moving to the next model while in the Viewer window. The gow tools don't have any hotkeys. You might be mistaking it for some of my other tools, since they all look the same :D I think only my TLOU and Bleach tools have arrow hotk...

Looks like a BC7 compressed normal map. Maybe for a particle or something? The data starts out with lower mipmaps and the largest mipmap is the last. It starts at 0x555C4 for this sample.

Good to hear that you find it useful. I had some work that I needed to prioritize, so couldn't find the time to develop the GoW tools. Hopefully it will be over soon and I will get back to working on this.

I even keep MDC with MDL in one folder when converting into FBX. extracted the textures with Ninja Ripper and still converted model comes merged. You can use Switch Toolbox to unpack the archive properly. Model files are ".model" and seem to be same/similar to previous Hedgehog Engine games. I guess there should be bunch of importers around. If not you can try this for a quick OBJ output : viewtopic.php?p=157955#p157955

The one here just merges all the mesh part into one huge mesh which make separating and texturing it a huge pain. You probably did not unpack/decompress the folder containing the ".mdc" files. In that case the material info is not read properly and meshes aren't separated. Use the same procedure I ...

E010 seems to be a good example of both issues. The attached script should work for that sample and possibly others too. Only problem is that it will probably produce lots of split meshes, but better than not splitting at all :D Delete/remove other ".mdl" scripts before using this one. https://i.ib...

I got good amount of animations working actually, minus the cloth physics. Even some longer cutscene sequences. I didn't have the time to release an updated tool though. I will release it some time, eventually, hopefully... :D
