I assume due to them not having proper bone names and it doesn't go past 099. Actually there should be proper bone names. It is the same camera script that I use for all of my tools. So I had to make something that auto adjusts based on mesh bounds, to make it work with everything.

My hunch is that there is padding between each mesh's group of faces (in other words: after the first mesh's faces, there is padding, and this repeats). What do you mean by unviewable? I can see in your screenshot that they are loaded fine inside Noesis, so there shouldn't be a problem. You might have something wrong with your image viewer. Google how to dump/get ps4 game pkg files and how to extract them. Once you extract the pkg you will have 2 .psarc files. Use Noesis to extract them and get the PMO/PMP files. Finally you can load them with my tool.
