Re: The Last of Us Model Viewer/Extractor (PS4)
Does anybody know where the weapon skel. files are loacted or even named for that matter? It is also possible that a model doesn't have a seperate skel file and has both meshes and the skeleton in a single pak file. So if you can't find the skel file, try selecting the same pak file again in the sk...

Re: Idolmaster (DereSte) 3d site
I want to extract other game(Hatsune Miku VR) animation by this tool, but some games not pack character model and animation together, or not use assetbundle format. My script depends on Unity and it basically reads the animation data that is loaded/played in the scene. If your game doesn't use asse...

Re: Rebellious Million Arthur Tool + Research
I'm kinda wondering where are the textures? Which NPK are they located? And... are they in a different format or they are in .dat as well? They are also inside the character.npk. From what I see they also have the extension ".dat". Still lot of the files seem to have that extension, so it...

Re: Last of Us Model Viewer/Extractor (PS4)
s there a new version of the software? Yea, I finally had time to finish it :D. I updated the first post, you can find the new download link there. Read "How to use?" section again, as the usage changed slightly for loading the skeleton. The main focus of the update was map support, but I...

Re: NPK Archive Unpack
I think it is called Forever 7th Capital in English. No, I haven't tried the comtype scanner. I will give it a try when I get back home.
From what I have seen I am leaning more towards lz4 compression, but I am not sure.
Thanks for your interest.

NPK Archive Unpack
Hi, I have some NPK files from a mobile game developed by NetEase. I was able to extract the npk archives in other NetEase games, using offzip. They were compressed with zlib. This time it seems like the compression is something else. Hopefully it isn't too hard to see. I would appreciate some help ...

Re: Rebellious Million Arthur Tool + Research
I am done with the tool, and updated my original post. Thank you again AceWell, that encryption key was really necessary for getting the skeleton.
I hope double post is okay in this situation. I wanted to bump, since it is an update

Re: Rebellious Million Arthur Tool + Research
they have some light encryption i think, at least in the 128 byte header. I see, that actually makes sense. I wasn't able to find anything useful in the character headers, so that would explain it. Thanks for taking a look, at least I know which files to focus on now. Encryption isn't my forte eith...

Netease Games Tool + Research (Onmyoji, RoS, RMA etc.)
UPDATE I was able to finish my tool, thanks to AceWell figuring out the encryption key. Now it can load the skeleton too. Also it seems to work fine with Onmyoji and Crusaders of Light too, at least for the mobile versions. Here is a preview of the program. https://i.imgur.com/0MfMvTt.png Load your...

Re: [MGF] Material & Geometry Format
Looks like some low poly models use FVF 36, but may not have UV's. Looks like higher poly character parts use FVF 56.... Yea, my bad. I said all meshes have 20 bytes for vertex blocks but clearly I haven't checked enough meshes :D Anyway I did take a look at the vertex blocks for that pilot you pos...

Re: [MGF] Material & Geometry Format
I will go to sleep now, but I can give it a try tomorrow. I am still not very good with identifying image data in hex though.
I think AceWell will take a look at the files when he sees this thread
He might be able to get those images.

Re: [MGF] Material & Geometry Format
I can give some examples in hex2obj. Here are two meshes I got from "00000614_3dlobby.mgf". https://image.ibb.co/bD1rgc/mw_mesh1.png https://image.ibb.co/nkxWgc/mw_mesh2.png I actually don't know what kind of 3d models to expect from these files but the meshes appear to somewhat sensible. ...
