It only extracts DXT1/5 textures, since characters seems to just use those. If I encounter any other type that seems necessary I can think of adding support. I will take a look at maps soon, maybe they might be using other pixel formats.

all the objects from the scene, are imported in the 0,0,0 coords I am guessing these are from the LEVEL files. I haven't take a look at object placement yet. Noticed some matrix like values in the mesh headers though. They might be related to the placement. I will get to maps eventually. Currently ...

Weird format, especially faces. You first need to reorder the vertices with an index list, then there is another index list for actual triangles. I don't really get the point of that. In the meantime can you post some model researcher screenshots, if you have extracted anything? At least it would save some time on research.

I am not really concerned about the quality of SOADec. My main tools are model/texture ones. So as long as it can decrypt the models folder it is fine :D I just added image and motions folder too for other people's convinience. Feel free to make a tool yourself if you feel mine is not enough for you...

I have released a new version of SOADec for decrypting/decompressing the latest files. You can find it in the first post. Usage is the same. Credits to esterTion for figuring out the decryption method.

That was related to Unity's vertex count limit. I also fixed that, should export the first LOD too now.

Finally had the time to update this. It should now load Zeus and also loads some other missing meshes. There seems to be still a problem with Zeus hair, but I will get to that later. Download from the updated link in the first post.
