Re: [Release] Naughty Dog Texture Editor

Yes, repacking shouldn't be necessary. Make sure to get rid of the original psarc though. i don't know what the game prioritizes when loading assets.

Re: [Release] Naughty Dog Texture Editor

Does the program somehow stop reading all the texture files from the pak since there are a lot in there? There shouldn't be a limitation like this. It should be reading all the textures, unless it is an unsupported format. But it is probably using the same format as other button textures you found....

Probably not anytime soon. It isn't too hard, but I am working on other formats atm. Maybe some time later.

Re: Kingdom Hearts 3 (PS4)

I respect your work, but people can not use your tools because those files are not shared. I don't think that you understand the purpose of this forum and tools at all. This is a 3D/2D subforum, so most tools here will just operate on suitable model related game files only. The means of getting tho...

I can do some kind of documentation I guess. Still I want to polish some stuff a bit more before releasing anything. It is still in a very early stage and have unknown stuff.

Re: Help identifying textures

Purples are normals, grays are specular as you can guess. For diffuse GoW is using some kind of texture blending. I am also trying to get it right in my GoW tool, before releasing a map support. Like in your screenshot you would need to blend 8 and 9. The closest result I got it using blend mode &qu...

Dance Central 3 Tool

I know, I know. No one wanted it, but there you have it :D A tool for loading models from the Xbox 360 game Dance Central 3. Supports geometry/skeleton/skinning/materials. Tested with dancers only. Teeth mesh is positioned wrongly, but I won't bother fixing that. You can use GameArchives for extract...

Re: God of War 3 / Ascension Tool

Weird. Maybe one of the dlls are blocked. You might need to do right-click -> properties and select "unblock". Other than that I can't think of a reason.

Maybe another redistributable is required, but not very likely. I will double check to make sure, when I have the time.
