what version of 3ds max are you using? My treeview is nothing like that. It's SAP Visual Enterprise Author (ex Deep Exploration), not max. I use it for browsing, converting and storing models. Internal format (.rh) has lots of supporting features and very good compression - whole Tirpitz model pack...

All exports ok :)
Measure_1000.primitives have rendering bugs in editor and it's 667.0m of lenght in max.

I had to re-uploaded this version right after I uploaded it the first time. Maybe your shader is the old one because the first upload included the wrong f-ing shader for some reason. The R channel in the MG textures is the roughness and the POWER of the specular is its spread.. So this mimics PBR sorta. This solution won't work?
The German Catapults are using Matrix Translate_Z_BlendBone where all others use Rotate_Y_Blendbone.
Btw, Tirpiz Plane2 position looks not perfect, but I can't check it in game.

Lighting and speculars looks really good :)

Checking planes in game, and for BS catapults they looks ok, Montana have the same positions as in first post , and Iowa have same position as in editor. But aircarriers have them sitted.. The compass is right... Check it against the grid.. The colors line up with the heading. The ships are drawn in the right direction in Z. You had me worried :P So, it's have been wrong in old editor? If not I don't know why you need to restart.. Maybe because I load this ship before updating XMLs? Then another ship, then update, and load first one again - without torpedoes. After restarting all is ok. Light rotation not saves, other sliders do. Tirpiz have torpedoes too, but they to short to se...
