Silkroadonline bms
I found fatduck's post about the file format and it looked pretty simple so I decided to write a converter. Or at least try. Going through chrrox's tutorial on reading the format outline and looking at some blender scripts from Szkaradek123 gave me an idea how to write it. But going through the file...

Looks like it XOR's each byte with its offset, looping 00 to FF and repeat.
First 4 bytes is the idstring.
Don't know how to write the script to deal with that kind of encryption though lol (haven't come across any examples for reference)
Might have to do something after XOR'ing everything though..

It's not on the list, but I can open the nif files you provided. But hey that's pretty cool, I didn't know about this game lol The clothes are kind of cute. Maybe alphonse just happens to be a hunk of steel so it doesn't matter how the textures come out.

The models would most likely be stored in one of the data files rather than being available out in the open for you to grab. It'd probably be possible if you provided some data files.
