Are you trying to extract ("unpack") a game archive, or do you just want models.

If your file has extension ".nif" then you can most likely just open it in NifSkope.

A lot of the games are not packed.

The GFFC's central theme is file formats, and I suppose listing all sorts of information regarding formats for various software. I treat it like a DB, and would design the pages as such. If a user is wondering which game has 3D model formats available, and there's a page that lists all that informat...

Here's some other textures with a different value for the unk you wrote.

I imagine that unk is significant because the samples I attached all had value 2 (along with other ones I've been looking through) and are loading, but the ones with value 1 aren't.

I forgot to mention, the Faces are formed by implicit Tristrips: What I do is just have one long string and then between submeshes I just put a vertex of all 00 zero's, and then in blender delete the vertexes at 0,0,0 and it would do the samething. In the image up there seems to have some odd lines...
