Re: need help view my topic please
the reason I joined this forum is to help and I can help, but nobody has bothered to help me Well, a lot of people say that but usually they just move on when they get their stuff. You know, kind of like a politician promising you they'll work for FREE during campaign period. Unless you had another...

Re: 3D model reversing compilation
Good tutorial. Maybe now I can actually finish writing my blender importer. Something else I've been wanting to do: put my python 3D converter on google app engine. Since it's written in pure python it would be a great candidate for resource hogging. And then while I'm at it, figure out HTML5's 3D r...

Re: RF Online Unknow rare model extracted
A single model is broken down into various meshes. I'm guessing it makes it easier to animate? I can't get the normals and UV's right and have no clue what the problem is. Maybe someone can figure out what's wrong with my mesh building. http://xtsukihime.webs.com/Noesis%20Plugins/fmt_RFOnline_msh.py...

Re: RF Online Unknow rare model extracted
Maybe it's not applying any transformations, cause it's just skipping it. Looks like a bunch of matrices defined for each mesh (there are 3 of them for each mesh. Don't know those 3 might be). But simply applying a single one of those matrices didn't produce any desirable results. Anyways it looks l...

[Noesis] Rendering models in immediate mode
This guide is just a working demo on how to render models using the imm methods using the noesis python API. It assumes you are familiar with python. It assumes that you already know how to follow specs and can render it using the rpgBind... methods. It doesn't include the full source, it just gives...

I'm guessing offsets to data stored in the data file.

Re: Touhou Sky arena
Just extract from Hayate patch.
If I get around to it I'll write an exe for it rather than rely on the python. But the python scripts work just fine and pack/repack as well.

Re: Gsga format to obj
As far as I'm aware, gsga (and gsgb) contain everything for a single model (textures, animations, geometry, ...)
There is no obvious way to split it up into individual files, so I didn't really look into it that much.

Re: Megaupload got killed
Filesharing sites all over the place are becoming just file hosts. Meaning, no sharing. (Or they're just IP-banning america) It's no different from skydrive or dropbox, except those are more useful for everyday purposes AND archiving. Who knows when the next one might become target of the world poli...
