Are the first two bytes FE FF (or FF FE)? If so, it probably uses UTF-16 encoding (not that this really helps with your question). Nope. If you put a folder called Sanae3D with two files, __init__.py and sanae.py it should work. I use package importing in python. Anyways here's a version that doesn't depend on that package. It's probably better if I use the package only for testing cause it only adds overhead to the performance. http...

COLLADA's that format with a whole bunch of different variations right?
I think they should just stick with a single format, or push out an API so they can change their underlying format however they like...

Or if they already have an API, then maybe people should use it.

Wath u tell with easy? can u made the script to import the meshes?. lol ya I see the same things that ninja sees. I think your friends might be trying to read the FSM files but couldn't open it with their hex editor. For some reason 010 editor doesn't want to read the FSM files (FAK files are fine)...

Ung is just an archive. There are two other files in the data folder called "core.ung" and "script.ung" It's the same archive format, and since demo is so big, it probably has everything related to the game. The file is compressed and I don't know how it works. You can upload tho...
