Since you can get the files from JCPSP maybe it is not hard to unpack the files?

Re: [NOESIS] Titan Quest
Upload some of those tex files.
I would just ask users to convert the images and put it in a certain places.
And ya, I don't think many methods modify the original data just like that. Most of them return the desired values.

parsing map files
Has anyone taken time to parse map files for any MMO's? A lot of them I've seen define a list of objects that should be drawn, followed by a bunch of integers that seem to be indexing into that list.
There's usually a lot of other different files in the folder though, like heightmaps and stuff.

Re: [Request] Elsword
Just binary directx file compressed using bzip.
I think the directx SDK comes with tools for opening that.
I've been wanting to write a decompressor but never got to it.
.Y files are regular directx text format.

Modders getting sued
I know namco seems to have a history of legall bitchslapping any modders that are going through their resources and doing whatever. Are there any other companies (or smaller businesses, or even independent devs) that have taken legal action against modders or modding communities? And whether they we...

Re: NA Elsword - .kop files
Some of the files are not compressed, though offzip should be able to handle them fine. But maybe not lol
