Here is the tool I coded for both Game of Thrones and Tales of Borderlands landb files. Requires .NET 4 Redist. Put 3 files into folder with .landb files. Then run 'extractAll.cmd' and it will extract all landb files in current folder to txt files. Do not delete empty lines or add a new line in text...

Compressed Watch Dogs Localization Files

Hi,
I think .loc files of the Watch Dogs uses similar compression used in the Assassins Creed series.
Anyone has any idea with these files? I added a sample of file.

They are ID of strings. Look at "struct TEXT DATA[8375]" its ID is "-1700966594". The first one in french and italian also have same ID. Texts have also same meaning.
