i think you should ask mariokart64n cause he can rip model from bloody roar 4 and it use dff format too

try using mesh 2 rdm instead of noesis
cause sometime if we use noesis to convert model the skeleton look screwed up

maybe the .iso file that you ripped from the disc is corrupted or broken
