Yeah, I did something similar with hat mesh, since it's easier lol. I divided mesh by sub-mesh referencing to game textures+unwrap Uvs and it looks right

I looked at this format yesterday, so I wrote script for it - but! I can't find counts/offsets for sub-meshes too. If we will find them, we are cool. Cuz everything else seems to work fine lol

Ah, here's quickbms script to extract files from .partsbnd containers - you will get models and textures in .flver/.tpf

Sure I'm renaming files, my OS doesn't have support for Chinese/Japan languages and text, I tried to add unicode support for this script, like for SSO too. If it's not work that's bad, I thought the only game which doesn't have unicode support for now it's SwordsMan, there it's true I even don't try...
