Hmm, that's strange I don't have C2580, C2560 folder in that huge sample archive you sent me (tanks again for this). Are they from some other place? I can't test them right now unfortunately. Don't worry I know that :) I'm working in order to solve any issues, though you can try this script, latest one I made. It will get you bones and weights+fixed uv's. Well, that's correct, you can extract files from .upk with some Unreal tools. That's how I did it, extracted package and made script for models (they have .SkeletalMesh extension after extraction, if I remember right). Static meshes have .StaticMesh extension, though for them I didn't actually finis...

Don't think I'm going to return to Demon's Souls, or Dark Souls I, model there are too outdated and in low quality, my most focus on DS 3 right now, and DS2 PC version but a bit less

Here's BMS script to extract .bndl archives. All models and textures are in those (world folder if a remember, right -sp, mp and fc sub-folders)

I can take a look at .flver and .tpf files if you'll send me a sample. It shouldn't be hard to edit current script for Dark Souls 2 or make Noesis plugin for textures EDIT: As I though, format almost not changed from previous games, thanks a lot to HunterAP for sample.
