If you press the button that looks like rewind ( << ), then you can slow down the animations to view them better. then that's probably because the high poly models have a different skeletal rig, which means that there is nothing wrong with the animations or models, they were just never meant to be used together in that way. Indeed the .xvag audio files are problematic, if use vgmstream/test they get converted easily but they seemed to have made the audios unplayable to fully understand whats what.
