Re: ARchive_neXt
Now Available!!! ARchive_neXt v4.03.26.4 Now include full support for Ghost Recon:Wildlands (based on the Beta version game files). Still a few things to iron out. Also includes limited support (image viewing/exporting) for For Honor and Rainbow Six Siege (also based on the Beta version game files)...

No hurries , just curious , How long it remains for GRW tool(ARchive_neXt)... :?: thanks for your time :) Thought I was going to have a release a few minutes ago... However, I ran into some issues that I need to fix to make the program a little more stable. Hopefully I'll be able to do that relativ...

Re: Ubisoft *.tga *.ckd *.isc *.act *Please help!*
Open the file in a hex editor. There are plenty of free ones available. http://www.tbotr.net/images/hexedit.png The area I have highlighted is the 44 bytes that need to be deleted. Save the file with a "DDS" extension. They should now open in an image viewer that can handle DDS images.

Both of the attached files are DDS images. Remove the first 44 bytes, save as .DDS, open in your favorite image viewer.

Re: ARchive_neXt
When the tool is updated to support for Honor, would it support extracting animations into usable formats (like FBX)? Would love to get the awesome character combat animations. Animation support for FH, AC, etc would be an incredible addition, but it's understandable if it's too much. I've never be...

For Honor model issues
Looking for a little help. Having issues figuring out the For Honor model format. Anyone that wants to help and take a look at the attached file. Inside the zip is three binary model files and a text file detailing what I have figured out so far.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,

Re: ARchive_neXt
Steep: Free Trial Begins this Weekend Yes, I have acquired my free trial, so I will be adding Steep support to ARchive_neXt. Most likely a couple of updates away. I'm still working on For Honor , Ghost Recon:Wildlands , and Rainbow Six Siege . To that end, here's where I'm at right now. For Honor S...

Re: How is it done
If I'm not mistaken, milance941 created the skeleton for that model from scratch. It was done well before I had done any work on the skeleton files in the game. Like I mentioned in PM, the ARXS file exported by ARchive_neXt is a binary file that currently can only be opened by my ARX_Importer for 3D...

Re: can anyone help me please
ARchive_neXt gives you the ability to visually explore the contents of Ubisoft's forge files, and export image and model files in a variety of formats. The current version works with all Assassin's Creed and Prince of Persia games that use the forge format. The next release will also work with For ...

Re: ARchive_neXt
Any chance of ARchive_neXt being able to extract other filetypes (from Wildlands) as well? Just dumping them as binary file would probably suffice, ideally I wonder if they can be translated by a process similar to Far Cry's Dunia tools or Watchdogs' WDextractor. Much like the other games, everythi...

Re: ARchive_neXt
For years people have asked for the ability to search in ARchive_neXt. For a search to work to the best of its ability, it needs a comprehensive and complete index. That isn't possible with ARchive_neXt due to the way it accesses the forge files. Well, I've spent the past week or so, indexing every ...

Re: ARchive_neXt
Thanks to Lord Vaako, I have been invited and now have the necessary files. That now gives me three games to attempt adding to ARchive_neXt.
Hopefully I'll have some updates soon.
