If what you mean is to change it in-game i suggest you to get the transformation in a program, get the values, change them and calculate it again, and then put it in the file. The only values that are actually changable are the position, which are in the last row of the TFM (At least they are on the...

The best thing to do is to have the different positions and rotations already stated and then convert them all into a transformation It's not all about putting numbers here and there, it's a whole calculation. I would just use Noesis to write the converter. Then you can convert everything into your format. Pretty much, i would just use Noesis for your needs, it can load and save in the formats you desire. Sorry for not posting very often, i have been doing some research about the game. I discovered that the accessories of the clothes is attached automatically in-game with the engine, so there is no way i can actually put that, maybe reading a game file or something, but that's not a priority for now....

I just decided to add a lot of checks according to the models to display the model properly, i'm not going to bother anymore on the matrices for now, i'll leave it for later. You are right that "grimreaper.scn" doesn't follow objVer(0.1/0.2), all bones are world transformation. Are there any models don't follow this objVer!? For your world/parent transformation problem. If the object didn't have parent then the transformation is simply world transformation, right? so yo...
