Can this method (or similar) be used to find a straight RAR archive file password?
Every "password unlocker/cracker" app out there seems to simply be a virus or malware ITSELF. :constipated:

Even if anyone knows of a non-infected app that can do this already would be appreciated.

Ok I need more help. I got Turok installed now, downloaded the UE Viewer, thats all I could figure out. How do I start / install UE Viewer? Make sure you had copy the latest BMS script! I did edit it once and it should work! As stated above I am running 0.4.8a I did finally get it to work command line ONLY. using the quickbms GUI does not work. (and the quickbms readme is contradictory (backwards) on the syntax layout. this bms script just creates xpr files those are a known file format on the xbox 360 you need the xbox skd to extract dds images from it. if one file is giving you trouble upload it. also make sure you have the newest quickbms. Maybe i'm not being specific enough. Here is a screenshot of what is happening. You can clearly see the script is finding (one of) the files and in fact creates the file name in the target directory with a zero byte size.

Hmmm. Does not seem to be working:

I get this:

- error in src\quickbms.c line 8623: dumpa_direct_copy<>
Error: No such file or directory

I run quickbms (.0.4.8a) pick the script, set the input folder (using "" to get all the .tex files) and select an output folder, click save and I get this...?

Wow. Awesome! Thank you!

Might someone PM me the unbundler app? Kind of overkill to have to dl/install the whole 360sdk (which is useless to the non-programmer like me) just for one little app. 8D

Update for xbox360 version of this game. (reversed Endianness) - textures are in tex format, that not read script - animation are supported Wow, that was fast! Indeed it works! (at least the model part) Like you said, the textures are compressed though (.tex) vs. the PC version being straight .dds....
