I advise you to press harder at the company as it is the only feasible way. Meanwhile, there's very little chance that any information regarding registrationcodes is in a TRE file, let alone code that can be hacked to give you access without the correct code.

Ok, well, assuming you have the original, please contact the producers of SWG to register it. They will surely help you further at no charge! Just send them an email, include the registrationcode of your copy of SWG and I'm positive they will help you out so you can play again.

You can't. It's a tool that was created to test the TRE extraction method, without any warranty or support. I have released the source code for anyone who wants to improve it (there's a lot of room for improvement, as you might have guessed). I did not intend to work on it more than I did. It's up t...

Did you read the readme.txt carefully?
It looks like you haven't installed MultiEx Commander.

Okay, this is very little info you gave me. 1. You downloaded the programs? Which? MultiEx Commander AND TRE-Archiver? 2. And which of these gave the error? 3. When did this program give the error? 4. Silent Hill 2 is not in the supported games list, right? Do you have a reason to assume that...

Yes, you need some dll's to get it to uncompress/compress. You're mixing MultiEx Commander and OpenMex I think. You probably mean the first.
Implementation may be possible when I get around to it, to create it as a plugin for MultiEx Commander. Good idea, I already have the code! :D

SCRIPTS - SCRIPTS - SCRIPTS ! GET THEM HERE !

Right, on popular demand, I will post any new scripts for MexScriptor here. Copy the scripts into notepad, recopy them and then paste into MexScriptor. It may be that there are some left-over [enter]s at the end of each line. Remove them if necessary. (Remove everything that comes after a ; sign). E...

Interesting. Could they have altered the compression method? Is that a big patch file, or sendable via email?

DEBUG version of MultiEx Commander v3.9.68

I am working on a more accurate debug version of MultiEx Commander v3.9.68 (the sourceforge.net version is at 3.9.69, but that doesn't matter in this case, they don't really differ that much, so you get version 3.9.69). You must however create a "plugins" directory in the "data" ...

Okay. Good. And if you get this problem again, perhaps you should switch the connecting off in the options menu, and try again. But I will see what that error is. :)
