Looks like the .toc file is a Table Of Contents of these files.

Well, they have indeed changed the format. Now they have not compressed a header. But they have removed the sizes of the compressed DDS files in the archive you sent me. Are there any other files that could contain lists of those? Are there files with the same name, but a different extension?

There's the same type of table at the back showing filenames and offsets and sizes, but the sizes and offsets do not match the actual files in there. Well, the file is ok. There's just something really fishy going on in the plugin I guess, and I haven't pinpointed it yet. I did recreate the error though. happens right after you click any 5th file. WEIRD....................................
