Seems to me you'd need to reverse engineer the executable to be able to see what encryption they use for the stage.dat. This Russian named Sly, who' s lurking these boards might be of help to you. With just the snippets you uploaded there's not much to go on.

What you mean with language-independent-friendly? The English stuff is translated to Dutch, and will be translated to other languages. Okay, version 4.3 is now in beta fase. I expect a release within about two weeks. The Dutch version will be released a couple of weeks later.
