Also, can certain characters (such as spaces) be removed from strings? Well, there are a number of options. The current implementation of MexS...

I just thought this would make a subject for the Holy Cow! forum. There's a lot of questions asked about this or that file type, people figuring out archive formats and the like. The general idea behind this all is of course modding a favourite game. But what happens after the analyses are complete?...

1. Check you have the right version of MultiEx Commander (4.3.0) and open with the MexScript option. First point to the .txt file and then choose the pkr file. 2. I tried it at another computer and I could open media.pkr with no problems 3. There's no music in the media.pkr file, only Bink video fil...

Due to MexScript not being all too flexible, I have to create two scripts, one to extract the compressed ones and one to extract the uncompressed ones. There are attached here. I used it on the media.pkr file (uncom...

I name Command and Conquer 1 and Red Alert, Elite, Morrowind, Oblivion, Baldur's Gate, Homeworld, Master of Orion, ...

Lol, this is getting a monologue. Oh well, one more post.. :P Currently playing Overlord, a sort of 3d person Dungeon Keeper, but without the RTS bit and more focused on tactical combat. So far it's turning out a quite nice experience, and you can be really evil. Yet, the evilness doesn't seem to ef...

Sorry we haven't responded before, busy busy. We would certainly be happy to migrate your info to Game File Format Central. We should take this up with Dinoguy1000, please contact him as well, or perhaps he reads this. :) Excellent idea!

Re: Ascension to the Throne .PAK Extractor v1.0

Another quite simple tool :D Download: Ascension to the Throne .PAK Extractor v1.0 You seem to be making lots of tools. Would you be able to add them to the Game File Format Central ? http://wiki.xentax.com/index.php/Game_Tools We could also host any of them at Xentax, just say the word and we'll u...
