Well, from what I can see, i'd need bigger parts of the file. There's a long list of filenames in the header (front) part of the file, but that goes on BEYOND the snippet you cut out. There could be much more info there that is needed to support this one.

Well, you see, we can't really help out here, as we need examples. If there's no demo, this might be a problem. Just giving a link to a program which can already do it, won't help out much, as reverse engineering that would cost too much time.

Hmm, I've only "google" experience from the past, when I created a dlll in C++ that I needed as a wrapper. But that would not help you. .. .
