Spore definitely sucks big time. Childish, lame phases, dull, unchallenging, boring. EA has delivered a very poor game indeed, with a awfull DRM. Avoid at all cost. It could be that the script is not fit for this version of NFS (XBox).

I would have to test it out myself on a BIN file from your version.

Please attach a log file (CTRL-L) that is in the data folder of MultiEx Commander when it happens.
