I'm not sure how you can get poses from the first frame but have difficulty for the rest, but either way if you know something about the animation format, tell me. That video's a bit out-dated but still fairly useful, though it requires some digging around as it's 50 minutes long. nope they completely changed their archive format and model format. I don't believe they changed the archive format "completely." The old QuickBMS script does indeed properly extract the files. The actual contents aren't scrambled once extracted, just the file names except for " arch...

The DOA5 demo that comes with NG3 also appears to use this format. I was unable to extract the data with the method you described, perhaps my command was incorrect, but would you be willing to look at this as well? You can find the single .lnk file along with it's archive data here.
