Ok so, 1.4 script is available. Supports mesh versions 9 and 10. UVs should be fixed *i hope. Also, if you want to view the highest or a specific lod level. You can alter the script. These are just compiled LUA files, they do not need unpacking. They need decompiling back to the original code. There's a couple of decompilers available. Only problem is, certain versions of LUA aren't supported.

Hey guys! Apologies for the lack of response here. The code hasn't been touched in 10 days as I've not had time to continue it. This has since been resolved and development is continuing from now. There's still some issues, I have to find the flag which controls the various different vertex formats....

The pak files look encrypted. Probably the same encryption used across CryEngine based games. Just needs the unique decryption key.

It's quite a large archive to download. You could find smaller files, or if it's a huge archive just cut the first 30mb and upload that.
