thanks for testing my "simple doa5 unpacker". it needs some fixes and improvements. use something else(chrrox scripts) to unpack the game till i'll manage to make it work properly. don't have enough time for this right now.

my 'fixed' script didn't work well - sorry. here's a simple doa5 unpacker put it in the doa5 directory where the bin and lnk files are. it will unpack/decrypt them in separate folders. use chrrox's method from his first post in this thread to find the tmcl files. the tmc file names are reversed for ...

it's possible to restore automatically the names for the tmc files by reading the inside names, and then find the tmcl associated by searching it by size wich is indicated in LHeader section in the tmc file(and then maybe checking if it's the right one by checking some value in some section). right ...

simple PAQ unpacker
run it from a folder with PAQ files you want to unpack. it will decrypt and save the files with names.

I'm not sure how you can get poses from the first frame but have difficulty for the rest, but either way if you know something about the animation format, tell me.
