That's because the *.GTX files are using a slightly newer format compared to the ones in other Wii U games. Most of the *.GTX files in TPHD store more than one texture, and the texture converter only picks up the first one because of which. I'll be working on a GTX splitter sometime later this month...

Yes. That's why I never download Repacks, they change some of the file's data and that's why they never import correctly. I'm not sure it's because of that. Edit: I downloaded Fairy Fencer and although it uses .ism2 files (and an overall similar file structure) your script can't read them (or the ones I tried). Already mentioned it a few times earlier. The D3DMesh and D3DTX files are in the archives with "txmesh" at the end, and the SKL files are in the archives that have "data" as the suffix. Use TTArchExt to extract 'em.

No, that's correct. That's a lightmap texture, those would be used with the Layer 2 polygon groups for area models.
