There are unpackers for NFSU2. i used to have the entire set of cars + addon car parts in LWO format ( lightwave 3d). in fact i still might have them stored on an old cd somewhere.. i will have to see if i can find them one day..

Am i right in thinking the file list creation is still in progress? In other words still not fully extractable. I saw a few people have logged a lot of new files but from my understanding there are still some files not done yet?

Well get ready to start all this over again tomorrow. DLC 2 is being released 12th april ( morning ) so you will need to repack your game before you can update. then we will need the new id numbers and names for all the new parts so it can be extracted again.....
