TDU is possible, but i think it might be a bit too much data for GTA 5 to handle. it is basically the same as the Lidar data available from the USGS website. If you are interested in race track meshes, you could try ripping the Assetto corsa tracks.. Very easy to do ( i believe there are a couple of extractors on this site) they started as fbx and just get packed into a KN5 file.. And the best part, all of the official Assetto tracks are laser scanned......

Nobody bothers to even try to unpack unreal games any more. There isnt really any point...

I hate to be a gravedigger, but just fyi there is a Blender .model import script here . It kind of works for meshes, although for some reason doesn't support UVs/materials even though it says it does. Those guys were even planning to make an export script, but they haven't touched it since October....
