Please check vertsize for some files("pha_hano_brick.bms" has 52 bytes, "blade_09.bms" has 44 bytes).

Bones are not damaged. They have only bad look. The head of each bone is correct.
I checked "kirimu" model and all animation are good.

Update for Blender249 importer:
-add 'magic' button ,if script don't import correct w2ent or w2mesh files
-improve names of meshes
-improve import textures
-add import static meshes
-add bones parenting (thanks bm1 for help)
(script is not 100% perfect)

Please browse for SELECT UNPACKED GAME DIR.
It is important because script read all needed textures and convert they to .dds format else script break.
Next time please check console and send screen of console.
Some model give errors, because file format of witcher 2 is still unknow in 100%.
