Re: Forza Motorsport Resource Extraction (.carbin)
@zwrtron Will you be updating the Swatchbin Texture Modding Assistant to support Forza 7 zip? Or is it just me that can't import them?

Re: Forza Motorsport Resource Extraction (.carbin)
@chasez i suggest you go read about ambient occlusion maps. The high lods use them including the interior. Game shading sucks imo, AO maps make a big difference. No. Only low poly models use ao mapping because it's generated from high poly model. I know, because I used to paint vertices on my GTA4 ...

Re: Forza Motorsport Resource Extraction (.carbin)
Forza Horizon 3. I have the resources extracted for a car from OpusDev(Ferrari F50). Rear wheels are different from front wheels and I successfully placed everything in place. I was looking for textures, but there's no texture for wheels. I've looked in every single texture folder (and checked ever...

Re: Forza Motorsport Resource Extraction (.carbin)
How to import LOD1 models with 3DsimED anybody knows? Is just LOD0 models are to high for the game I mod (World Racing 2), so I always use LOD1 + some LOD0 parts. I suggest to go to the 3DsimED forum to ask as i'm not sure this is the correct place. http://thepits.us/board/viewforum.php?f=25 I shal...

Re: Forza Motorsport Resource Extraction (.carbin)
Hi, i don't know if this is the best place to ask, but since we have the files for the game, can we get the images of the cars with transparent backgrounds? Like this one http://i.imgur.com/ZVE99CH.png I'm still looking for this. Does somebody know where i can find them? I already said that they're...

Re: Forza Motorsport Resource Extraction (.carbin)
I have to agree with SoniKalien it will be very handy as many of us do have all the files required.
And i too have been doing this manually. So i do hope for a release.

Re: Forza Motorsport Resource Extraction (.carbin)
I have come across a UV that doesn't seem to be restricted to the UV box. The trunkBay_a__SLOD for the Range Rover SVR. Has any one else seen this with SLOD parts? A lot of textures are tiled and tiling info is contained in the material settings. Tiling is done when the UV expands out of the UV box...

Re: Forza Motorsport Resource Extraction (.carbin)
@brucektrain Asking for a specific model to have all UVs edited manually and textures whilst the tool is still not finished is very unrealistic. @shakotay2 I have come across a UV that doesn't seem to be restricted to the UV box. Re: Forza Motorsport Resource Extraction (.carbin)
Hey Guys Amazing topic ! I'm a little lost.. maybe some1 can confirm... Currently, I'm using H2O to get Obj Meshes. They are mostly merged with all the LOD's. Is there a better way than manually going over mesh and fixing it maybe? Yes there sure is just use the latest version. It's on the previous...
