What did you use to edit them? I'm guessing standard "renaming GFX to FWS -> SWiX -> TRILLIX -> Hex editing" combo doesn't work.

I think they yes. Its a standard GFX but compressed with ZLIB.
Hm, I checked these GFXes with the CFX headers with TRILLIX, found 3 of them, but they only contained animations from the main menu and stuff.

Fonts are in gamedata\libs\ui\*.gfx, in Compacted format. Like in GTA 5.

State of Decay is in Early Access on Steam, here are some .pak files from the game. The dialog.pak contains the texts files of the game, but I couldn't upload that, since it is 140MB. http://rghost.net/48916916 Are you certain about that? I've extracted dialog.pak and it seems to only contain .mp3 ...

You also need "All.xcd"! I've seen someone translate Syndicate, so it is possible, but maybe their tools are not public.

Galaxy on Fire 2 Full HD [.lang]

Although the lang files can be opened with Notepad++ and edited and the game still runs fine, instead of every text in-game, I get "Error language". So I think the case is not that easy. Does anyone have some thoughts on this? Thank you.

Thank you. Could you write the whole commandline command you used? I think I'm doing something wrong.

I use: quickbms.exe -r -w repack.bms D6STRING.DAT D6STRING

It says "Incomplete input file number 1, can't read 1 bytes."
D6STRING is the directory, where I extracted D6STRINGS.txt.
