All that tr11_lara.drm contains was unpacked. Perhaps the Lara model is somewhere else. For example in this file laracroft.drm > check it here

I have some time to work on this game. Here's a small the patcher (see attach). Usage as usual - just copy in game folder. Tested only on latest patch (1.0.235.5).
