I dont know how about on Win7 (Home Edition - output files with size 0) on WinXP work fine.

Currently no plans for packing. Note: XML_CacheList.bin and XML_CacheList_MetaData.bin it's archives, contained compressed XML's. Known issues: On Win7 output file can be size 0. I dont know why <- (Tested on Win7 Home) -> (on XP work fine).
