I did not find human models in your uploaded .ins files.
Unfortunately, I don't have other .ins files, so I don't know which other .ins files contain human models.

I released the v4.421 now.

You can update your installed application (version>=4.0) quickly and easily using the auto-update function (Help/Check for updates…).

I think you did not upgrade your 3D O. C. v4.40 to V4.418.

You can do it using the Help/Check for updates... function.

After that you can open the .lma files with the 3D O. C.

You can convert the Star Wars: Galaxies .mgn/sht and the .msh/sht files into Wavefront .obj (fully textured) format using the (registered) 3D Object Converter.
