It looks like everything other than plain text data is also in a 360-optimised format (swizzled textures, model coordinates probably also big endian, different .fsb format that the .fsb extractor seems to choke on). Yeah that's pretty funny :) the devs are one of those groups who are almost all ex-modders so I'm sure they knew someone would find that eventually and have a giggle :)
