It looks like everything other than plain text data is also in a 360-optimised format (swizzled textures, model coordinates probably also big endian, different .fsb format that the .fsb extractor seems to choke on). Yeah that's pretty funny
the devs are one of those groups who are almost all ex-modders so I'm sure they knew someone would find that eventually and have a giggle
