I need all data from the bin, not just the image. And with file ripper some picture is not readable, or not complete.

I want to edit this game, but all files is in the .bin files, and I can't find editor or unpacker.
The files is uncompressed inside the bin. Most of all pictures (jpg,dds,tga).

I don't think there is a ready-made tool out yets! That's what I start my own! It's not hard to convert indexed color to full color(I finally managed), but the other way round is difficult for a beginner like me! And what's the different between tim2 and tim2x plugin! But delphi and all the programmign languages allready compress(and normally encrypt) there exe files anyways. Have you used this on a file before and its made a difference? Not all. Well I'm thinking the game code is strictly written up to not allow higher res textures in. I can't seem to create higher res textures without the game crashing. OH so THATS what it does. I want to sure lol. I have XP and iot looks FINE on it. OF course it doesnt really matter whether or not its XP style boxes, wel TO ME at least. So u made that DLL yourself. If u can do that then MAYBE u know how to HACK the MGS2 files aswell? Any ideas on anything anyone ...
