Important! This is NOT the earlier published tool! So this can't handle that unpacked text, and vice versa. No someone editing tools for Ground Zeroes won't mean you can edit MGS4 stuff, its a different game. The tool is updated, link is the same . Now you can decrypt the resources (LUA, FPK, JSON, etc.) while unpacking the archive. The PC demo available from Steam.
Unfortunately the dat files (.packed on console) still have BFPK header, but the version is 3 (not 0 or 1), and I cannot see the filenames inside the file.
Maybe encrypted or compressed. :[

Those .dll files are part of the protection system, or something like that, not contain game texts at all.
