I use 2 tools: xbdecompress.exe and SPD_EX.exe on file R_ALL_011_360.spd, get obj, fbx, and texture. But when I try to open the fbx in 3d max, I get such a mess here:

How do you get to extract the model?

Well your file works fine , but my files , just don't , what did you exactly do when you extracted the arc files? I do not remember exactly how extract archives, it has been a long time, at least in the past year. :) Try Dmc4Extract or RE5ArcTool v095. But I did not do anything unusual, the same th...

For some reason Mod2Max won't convert .mod files for me, i drag drop , press enter and it just closes. You need to run the program in the same file's folder, and the type the mod file complete name and then press enter, and the program will do all the process. Yes i did that , the mod2max is in the...
