in facegen you can chose quality of head: middle, high, low

with small manipulations you can also use base head meshes from oblivion.

I'm trying to unpack WatchMen.block_h_z file from the game with offzip, but all i get is just many .dat files. Can somebody correct my research, i'm using this command: offzip.exe -a WatchMen.block_h_z WatchMen_block_h_z 0 on this file: >>download<< p.s.: sorry for big sample - 22 mb
