Worked. I edited DDS and repacked using gui and the game worked. Used DXTbmp.

Nope the game still resists to run with files build by packer. Still freezing to Loading Profile Elements. :( I only try BFF files about vehicles. I want to edin DDS textures. I know that the packer is working well on the physics files but I don't know much about physics. :( Everything seems fine .....

No.. the problem is there even unpacking original BFF file and repacking the extracted files with the repack program into my_Mazda_MX5.bff. Then copy the newly build file in to the corresponding folder of the game rename the original file to *.old and then rename the new file to the Mazda_MX5.bff (l...

Tested with 0.3 .. still the game freezes on Loading Profile Elements in both ways. Using original files extracted and then packed ... and with edited DDS packed.

It does not seem that this is the problem because the file count is the same. Quick BMS gives me 1048 files and 9 directories and Repack packs 1048 files. With current Folder options I can see thumbs.db file and there is none in the folders I pack.
