There are many kinds of texture maps when I export a character,I want to use blender to render but not sure what they stand for. amazing how a game this old doesnt have proper tools at all yet It has texture converters, texture extractors, animation extractor and converters, model and stage extraction, audio extraction and even tools for the videos. I would be very interested in exporting bioshock 1 and 2 maps, I would like to be able to recreate rapture, is it possible to do it? Bioshock isn't unreal engine. The thread and tools are specific to unreal engine games. Any tool for any non-unreal game would probably be best left to its own thread...

Its just static models, the games files are organised but most files are kind of large so i just grabbed these rocks instead.

It’s hard to see what’s going on in your screenshots. The first one is very bright and the second one seems to have a color texture which makes it more confusing. If it’s a normal map problem, all the other material channels are unnecessary to show. The second one isn't a normal map, its a LUT text...
