*.04sw ADPCM files from Driver: Parallel Lines (Wii)

Hello! Does anybody know how to play/convert the audio files from Driver: Parallel Lines (Wii)? They contain DSP stereo streams and seem to have quite good quality. Here are some examples: http://www.firedrive.com/file/CD9BCB4141BF614B http://imagizer.imageshack.us/v2/640x480q90/585/7tif.png Thanks ...

Re: My quickBMS scripts

Sorry to ask but why do you need a BMS script when Game Extractor already supports the archive type?

Re: My quickBMS scripts

How hard would this psuedocode be to translate into BMS script? // 1) Read bytes 0x10-0x13, store as num_files[] // 2) Go to 0x30-0x33, store files_start_offset[], jump to files_start_offset[] // 3) For each item in num_files[] // 4) Read first four bytes as file_offset[] // 5) Read next four bytes...

Re: Lego indiana Jones Trilogy

Thanks for the script Luigi! :)

However, when I try to use it on LEGO MARVEL Super Heroes for Xbox 360, I get an ExceptionCode c0000005 with each PAK file. I'll pm you with some samples.

*.vxn audio files (ADPCM)

Hello there! I've recently encountered vxn files which seem to contain some ADPCM stream although I'm not sure I have seen this variant before. The format is sometimes used in mobile games for Android or iOS. I'd be glad if somebody could look into implementing the format into vgmstream! Samples: ht...

Thanks. :) However, none of these work. Is this a new variant? For your information, the interleave is 8.

correct GC ADPCM extension

Hi there! The game "Sniper Elite" for Wii has GC ADPCM for audio but the file extension is *.sfx. I'm pretty sure that the header variant is supported by vgmstream but the extension needs to be changed. Does anybody have an idea what the correct extension would be? Here's the header: http://imagizer...

Re: MP3: mono to stereo without re-encoding?

Of course joint-stereo is not possible but what about genuine stereo? Aren't the two channels on MP3 processed independently? Sorry for sounding like a dork... ;)

Re: MP3: mono to stereo without re-encoding?

Solved the problem, the files are downloadable here: https://docs.google.com/file/d/0BxRalAlWlsgjclFzOTVKLTBGUnM/edit?pli=1 HOWEVER, there's a new problem: I can't get sox to merge the channels without re-encoding - and I don't see any option to do so! Can anybody help me out? Is the program really ...
