Re: XMA transform

First of all, read the explanation at the start of the script before you post question right away.
You can try to set the blocksize from 0x8000 to 0x10000. PM me a sample and I can tell you the parameters.

Re: XMA transform

Renaming xma_test.exe to xma_parse.exe should solve the problem.

Re: XMA transform

Uhm, not anymore, everything already converted. ;) You could take a look at Mini Ninjas for Xbox 360 if you like.

Re: [PS3] Destiny Beta .PKG files

Well I only know the extractor: http://psx-scene.com/forums/content/pkg ... ctor-2117/
Why do you want to learn about the format? Modding?

Harry Potter & The Sorcerer's Stone compression

Hi guys!
Can anybody look at the compression used in Harry Potter & The Sorcerer's Stone for PS2? If you look at the compressed files you can make out the Playstation ADPCM structure... I can provide samples via PM!
Thanks for your help! :)

Regards, Timo

As you can see inside the header, these are xwma files. Luckily they can be decoded with xwmaencode. :)

keystothemaxim wrote:I'm having trouble with the Resident Evil 6 XMA's. The script did work with the XMA's (though the progam kept showing a "parse error"), but after I converted the files with ToWAV, the wavs only have music at the very end of each file, and the rest is just silence.
Can you send me some samples via PM?

Re: My quickBMS scripts

Well, you could look at them using a hex editor but you probably have to write your own conversion script to access them with a 3D program. As I'm neither familiar with nor interested in model files I wish you luck with your quest. ;)

Re: XMA transform

The script already does that. Multichannel xma is not properly supported by towav.

Re: XMA transform

You're probably missing xma_parse.exe from hcs64.com (called test.exe there - just rename it)

Only if they contain the music, which is what I'm after. ;)
